ISD is led by Lonnie Ballard, Founder and Head of Operations.
Lonnie is an engineering and operations leader with approximately two decades of experience building technical teams, developing manufacturing capabilities, and delivering complex industrial programs for some of the world’s most demanding organizations.
His background spans industrial automation, manufacturing engineering, equipment development, operational improvement, capital planning, and large-scale program delivery. Throughout his career, he has led multidisciplinary organizations, supported major manufacturing operations, and helped move complex technical programs from early strategy through execution.
At ISD, Lonnie applies that same operating discipline with a more direct and responsive approach. Customers work closely with the people responsible for defining, engineering, building, and delivering their solution.
